Speaker:We are back to continue our journey toward fitness and joyful exercise at the age of over 50.
Speaker:And always keep in mind what I like to say - don't do nothing, do something and scale it back.
Speaker:In our first season we explored CrossFit training and how anyone over 50 could scale back the workouts to make them both enjoyable and rewarding.
